was reading the "being happy" book by andrew matthews.
funny as it can be...i think itis just a whole lot of crap.
he talks about self-confidence, and alot of motivational stuff. but that all plays on singaporeans' weaknesses to make it to the bestsellers. what about ur subconscious mind creating situations such that u can avoid doing things that u dread.true to a certain extent, but not always convincing la. those books are such cheaters la...cheat ur money only....

we met a group of acs(i) pple there....i really find it weird to see a class of them going sentosa for a class outing! and playing soccer at the beach...kindof sad that the acs(i) standard dropped so drastically! all cmi onez! lol....
anyhow anyway, i like tt photo! it somehow makes the sentosa beach looks good! at least the sea is the sea, the sand is the sand, the sky is the sky. sometimes, it can get that bad sucht hat the sky looks like the sea, the sea looks like the sand. hah.
yeah...i shall go back to read some more books, so more crap.
